Services Include:

Vendor Sourcing and Coordination – After the initial consultation and agreement for hire, the Sugar City Event Team begins work to diligently identify, negotiate, and reserve the vendor services to meet your vision and budget. From High End to more widely affordable options, we work with each client individually.

Full Event Planning – The Sugar City Event Team can take any celebration from concept to post-production clean-up. Our Planners and Event Staff will handle every detail from RSVP management, social media and event branding, PR, design, entertainment, procurement of permits or licenses, etc. This service is especially helpful to those of you who want a FABULOUS event, but don’t have the time to spare with planning it. At Sugar City, we want you TO BE A GUEST AT YOUR OWN EVENT. 

Day-Of-CoordinationYou’ve made all the calls and booked all the services, now your day has come and you can’t be everywhere at once. That’s where we come in. Let Sugar City’s Expert Team come in and take the stress off your hands. We will meet with you two weeks prior to the event Date and itemize all the plans made thus far. If there are any gaps, we will make suggestions to fill them to ensure a more seamless event. And on your special day, our designated planner will be the point of contact for guests, vendors, the venue, and press. And you can enjoy your day.

Each service is individual to the event and is thus priced accordingly. Normally a deposit is required to reserve your date and a proposal is submitted based upon the event planning services specified. Our Event Planning Team has over 20 years of Event Planning, Production and Design experience and the level of service and detail cannot be understated.
